The restaurant for the dinner, you have to pay of course but the chef is very good. The breakfast is very good also, this was included in my case. The bed, very confortable. All in general, it is a very different hotel, I’ve liked it.

We absolutely loved our stay here from start to finish. Perfect for families. Loved the pool, bar area and restaurant. The rooms were lovely, comfortable bed. The staff were amazing and friendly.
Fantastic facilities for children with games and toys to keep them entertained.
Beautiful meal at the restaurant and great value for money.
Good area with local shops etc.

The hotel was fine overall.
The hotel was fine overall. Most of the facilities were in good condition, but there were broken windows and worn paint, which made it look shabby. The breakfast was decent with enough options for a quick meal, though there wasn’t much variety. Lunch was similar, basic but sufficient. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the pool as it was closed, and the room I booked through Booking.com wasn’t the one I received. My reservation included a bathtub and a different view, but I was given a room without a bathtub.
The staff were very friendly and tried their best to understand us, despite their limited English. The location isn’t well-connected by public transport, requiring a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest stop, but it is close to the airport.

We stayed at Genas as we were attending a work conference exhibition event at the EurExpo facility, so it was excellent. If you were a tourist then perhaps you would like to stay closer to central Lyon town, unless you were travelling by your own car, then the distance out of town would not be a problem

We picked this location because we had a ticket to our teams’ Euroleague game at LDLC Arena. It was walking distance. So it served the pupose. Otherwise itis far from city centre, there are not many restaurant choices. Not a touristic area. It takes some time but you can reach points of attraction easily by public transportation

The hotel was comfortable, clean and exactly what you pay for. Standard breakfast but lots of it, great coffee. For me, the best thing about the hotel were the staff. They were really friendly and helpful.

Good access, small but useful shopping centre with good choice of food options and good public transport. Parking not too bad to access the facilities and taxis easy to obtain. Overall much easier than Lyons centre.

Good hotel for passing the night on your way to Lyon or somewhere else in France, as the rooms are very comfortable and have nice beds.
However, very inexperienced stuff, facilities are there, but lack of stuff on how to run them. They were or not available, or they could not explain you basic rules giving contradictions on their own system (we were told 3 different answers for SPA booking and in the end we could not use it).

We chose the location as the closest reasonably priced place to the Groupama stadium. I wouldht chose this for a weekend in Lyon as its a half hour drive to the centre but if you have reason to be in the location then it is perfect. Quiet, clean, comfortable.

The area of Venissieux feels more like the outskirts of Lyon. My visit to the area was just because of hotel location and not necessarily a visit to explore the area. At first travellers may be taken back by the area as its not not very well maintained i.e. there are overgrowing grass and schrubs on street sides, but if your there just for a 1 night stay and want easy access to the town centre either by car or public transport then its fine as a location.
