Room rates fair level. Location is a little bit outside in the "centrum", but in hotel you find what you need. Personnel very friendly and you can also meet owner here. Thanks Reima for the good conversation.

We had a very nice stay. Much better than a hotel, especially travelling with kids. We had a private sauna as well :). I like that the host also provides a top mattress for the sofa. Super easy check-in and out.

I had the pleasure of staying at this most welcoming hotel, and I must say, it felt as though kindness itself had taken up permanent residence here. The staff are, without exaggeration, the finest I have ever encountered — radiating such warmth and friendship that one almost wonders whether the very walls of the hotel have absorbed their good nature.
Everything was simply excellent, and I extend my sincere thanks to all who make this hotel, and indeed the city of Seinäjoki, such a delight. One might even say that in Finland, where modesty is a national sport, this hotel dares to be unapologetically excellent.

A good hub for train travel with the town in easy walking distance of the station with a number of good hotels and a number of restaurants . A pleasant enough town with shops but not a lot to see for tourists.

Not much to see in the city itself, mostly second hand...
Not much to see in the city itself, mostly second hand markets and a couple weird museums that didn't even post opening hours. Almost no food.
The nature and farms outside the city are awesome.

Good: I liked watching pesäpallo, and the ice cream kiosk...
Good: I liked watching pesäpallo, and the ice cream kiosk near the train station.
Other: It astounded me that just 70km inland from Vaasa, pretty much no one spoke Swedish, and their English skills were flimsy too. The downtown area felt old-fashioned in a rusty 1980's way, and local attractions were inconsistently advertised.
Food: I dined at Pancho Villa, and at Hesburger.
Top tip for shopping: Stay far away from the locally popular Torikeskus (where half the stores have closed), and go to Ideapark 3km away instead.
