The view is amazing, the staff is adorable and so caring. the restaurant is delicious. the rooms are beautiful and the bed so comfortable ! it was perfect !

Very clean and comfortable room with a huge balcony. The staff was very helpful, a very good contact with staff. Especially the young man at the reception - Solomon - was very supportive and helpful. Also an owner was always ready to help. The room was well equiped and spacious. Breakfast was very good - good service, tasty, a la carte.

Amazing hotel and great location in Gondar! The rooms were clean with strong WiFi, hot water, and there is also a nice pool. The breakfast buffet was huge and dinner in the restaurant was delicious. The reception staff were absolutely fantastic - they organised tours for me to the castles in Gondar, hiking in the Simien Mountains, and even a very early bus to My Tsebri. I highly recommend Haile Resort!

We had a wonderful stay, location very central, nice garden and great views of the mountains. A very healthy breakfast and Simon took very good care of us. We felt at home the moment we arrived. Thank you to all the staff. Gonder is a wonderful place, rich with history and friendly people. Come and visit Gonder. God Bless Ethiopia!
