The atmosphere, the decorations and the people. An amazing hostel with such a friendly staff. I would recommend it to anyone who is planning to go to El Médano.

Wonderful hosts and clean, cozy, stylish apartments. The kitchen had everything you need: coffee, tea, salt, sugar, spices, some vegetable oil. The hosts kindly presented with a bottle of wine and small cute souvenirs. The bed was a very comfortable and two wonderful terraces as well. Nearby there is a large shopping center with a supermarket and restaurants. Behind it is a large beautiful beach. There is a bus stop and airport nearby

The host was fabulous with letting us know how to access the property, the property was clean and homely, they provided a beautiful clean travel cot. The place was pristine

The apartment had balconies facing 2 directions. The one with the nicer view can be very cold and windy, but the balcony at the back was amazing and so comfortable. The apartment had everything you could ask for. The host was very quick to respond to any queries on WhatsApp.

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night in this beautiful apartment, but it was enough to appreciate every detail. The location is excellent—right in front of the sea, in a quiet yet well-served area. The apartment is spacious, elegantly furnished (very few chain-store furniture), spotlessly clean, and very welcoming. The Wi-Fi is extremely fast (600 Mbit actual speed) and stable. A real highlight is the private rooftop solarium, equipped with a barbecue and enjoying sun all day—perfect for relaxing. The private garage is convenient and secure, and just a few steps away there’s a shopping center with restaurants and a well-stocked supermarket. The host was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to respond very quickly with genuine friendliness. It’s rare to find such sincere hospitality. We are experienced travelers, and this is one of the few apartments where we immediately felt at home. Many other hosts could learn from this one—the attention to detail and respect for guests are truly noticeable. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer, but we will definitely be back. This has become our go-to place in southern Tenerife.

Townhouse la Tejita is the most best place I ever been becouse of location. It's quiet far away from big places like la americas so not many people.

I am very satisfied with the apartment — excellent value for money. The hosts are very friendly and caring. The hostess was always attentive and asked how my holiday was going. My flight arrived late in the evening and was delayed by half an hour, but the hosts kindly picked me up from the airport by car (for an additional fee). On the day of departure, they also kindly offered to take me to the airport so that I wouldn’t have to spend an hour on the bus — by car, it only takes 10 minutes. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable, with everything you need for living. When I arrived, there were already some groceries provided, which was very convenient after a late arrival: water, milk, a coffee machine with capsules, as well as small essentials like salt, sugar, oil, and more. The apartment also includes beach towels, a sun umbrella, an iron, a hairdryer, a microwave, a stove, an oven, and a large fridge. The hosts even brought me drinking water. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. I didn’t use the second bedroom since I was traveling alone. The location of the apartment is also very convenient — only a two-minute walk to the promenade. The town itself is very beautiful, with magnificent views. However, it’s important to note that there are no sandy beaches here. If your plan is simply to sunbathe and relax on the sand, this may not be the right place. But here you can enjoy the beauty of wild nature, the cliffs, the waves, and the majesty of the ocean. There are many scenic spots for walking. If you want a sandy beach, you can take a bus to the La Tejita beach in just 8 minutes (the ticket costs €1.45). You can also go to El Médano — a town with sandy beaches and surfers. There is also a direct bus to Los Cristianos, which takes about 1 hour. The bus stop is only about 200 meters from the apartment. I really enjoyed my stay. Maybe I will come back here again next year.

Everything was organised and present in place. Check in was easy. Didn't hassle with entering and uploading passport on Spanish website with no English on it.
