By the beach .....stayed one night en route to the north of the island for the rest of our holiday. Would return again to it. Free parking included outdoors and in a garage.
Fabulous pool and plenty of restaurants 5 minutes walk away in a shopping mall

The apartment is very well situated. We could park one car in the garage under the house and one in front of it comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped. The owner and the caretaker were very polite and helpful. I can really recommend it if you’re planning to come and surf at El medano.

Tenerife Sur Airport (TFS) Information
Location and Transport
Tenerife Sur Airport is the larger of two international airports on the island, situated just over 4 miles (7 kilometres) from Granadilla de Abona. The easiest way to travel between the airport and town is by bus, with routes 111, 343 and 450 providing regular services. Transfers to the south coast take up to 30 minutes, or 50 minutes if you’re heading to Puerto de la Cruz.
Nearby Hotels and Airport Facilities
A variety of hotels and apartments can be found in the area surrounding the airport. A number of coastal hotels are available in the nearby towns of San Miguel de Abona, Los Abrigos or el Medano. Some hotels will offer a shuttle service to the airport on request. Duty free shops, restaurants and a VIP lounge are available at the airport, as well free WiFi.

The house is close the South Tenerife Airport.
The house is close the South Tenerife Airport. It came equipped with everything a small family(of 4)needs. Decent sized kitchen, utensils, washing machine, dish washer, Sofa, TV, Q.Bed, sit-out, terrace overlooking the beach. The host has taken care of small yet important needs. For instance. a potty seat(quite a help). The room and surrounds were clean, tranquil with decent food options. We enjoyed our stay and a place to unwind.

The beach is great, but windy - there could be waves and...
The beach is great, but windy - there could be waves and this limits the use of it. So better look for a place with a pool. There is a great and even "fancy" shopping center there and a beach bar. There are several living complexes. You can easily distinguish between them, based on color/prominent features - and check where they are at google street. What is not shown there is there is fresh construction site with building works going on between the shopping center and the beach.

Some unusually good restaurants.lovely location on the ocean.Some surprising inexpensive prices, for example goat cheese at 2€.The Portuguese restaurant, " Sabor Portugues", served the best Bacalau Lagereiro I ever have had with a very reasonably priced glass of excellent Mateus Rose.

Parking place is 20m from the entrance to the building. The room is super clean with small fridge and comfortable bed. Bathroom is big with towels, soap. you can get watter, tea, coffee whenever you need. Wifi is quick and it is very close to the airport. The personal does not speak english, but is very helpfull, uses translator and everything is well prepared.

Peaceful location. Lovely family run restaurants with really good value for food and drinks. I can recommend familiar restaurant but happy to say never got bad value. Very easy to get taxi but very walkable. It was windy.

value for money for a mediam family and good location, near to aiport and travelling to other locations are very easy. No aircondtion and fans are very low speed in the apartment, that is the only issue i fonnd. Good terrace and sit-out to spend the day and eveing time.Under ground parking, common pool(kids and adult) out side. Only one toilet unfotunately!

The only reason to visit Tejita is the beach: weekends for...
The only reason to visit Tejita is the beach: weekends for sunbathing, weekdays for kite surfing. Lots of travellers park their camper vans there and use the beach as it suits them. This seems to me to be the best use of the location. There's little else there.

Laid back, tyhpically Spanish town with lots of character, close to airport (though not so close that the planes are a bother), and not too many tourists. Visit before McD0nald5, Te5co and the big coffee chains remove all the charm

Such beautiful beaches, it’s a peaceful little town, bus station is near which takes you everywhere, all the beaches the center even the airport in under 10 mins, nice little cafes and supermarkets all close by.
