The room had very great views, a huge terrace and was absolutely amazing for my two weeks stay! The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen has the basic stuff for cooking (plates, silverware, etc.). The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. You can reach the city center and the airport in a very short distance.

The place was excellent. There was enough equipment for everything, including washing machine and the AC. It was very clean. A huge supermarket was just two drive minutes away. There were enough free parking lots for everyone. The host was very helpful and responded very quickly. Highly recommended.

It's a very walkable city, but invest in a map as the streets in the old town are a maze - everytime we went out (and that was with a map purchased at the end of day 1) we got lost. I reckon we nearly doubled the distance we "should" have walked as a result! Bring comfortable walking shoes as you'll need them.
Book the Real Alcazar in advance - and note that it's free entry on Mondays (with reservation).
There are excellent train/bus connections - I strongly suggest a visit to Cordoba. It's a beautiful city (maybe a mini-Seville (but better)??) with the amazing Mezquita.
One thing we really didn't like was the placement of bread and olives on the table with the suggestion that was a service charge. We have no idea if you can just say no and they don't charge you, but we never left tips in any restaurants as a result.
Do check around for prices in restaurants/cafes/bars/souvenir shops - there are some real tourist traps in the city. We aimed for places where it appeared that the owners knew the clients, giving us the impression that these were local places.
Unless you're really, and I mean really, into Flamenco, I'd not devote much time to Triana, although a walk along the river is very pleasant and the views of the cathedral from there are amazing.
We were there for 5 days, leaving for Valencia on the 26th of December and it was busy! Schedule your visit there carefully - it's far too hot in the summer (end of June to start of October), and Easter is a nightmare.

From the outside the hotel looked very modern and inside it was modern the suite we had had a huge balcony. Excellent facilities was very smart and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent and I must commend the breakfast man who was most helpful the evening meal in the restaurant opposite of the hotel was equally very good. We only stopped one night en route from Santander to Costa del Sol but would certainly stay again.

Excellent location, you have everything surrounding this area, its safe and quiet at night. but if you want to take a night out and hit the bars and clubs, you have many to choose 5/10m by car.. LOVED IT!

I stayed overnight before going to Jerez for the flamenco festival as a stop gap and was pleasantly surprised at how lovely Santipoce is and would have definitely stayed longer if time allowed - the local cake shop is wonderful and so cheap!

Hotel was very large and a bit shabby on the outside but smart inside.
The bar was very inefficiently run. One waiter was actually running up and down.
Breakfast was good a good selection.
It was set quite high up and had a main ring road running beside it so there was no chance of walking to or from this hotel.

The condo apartment was perfect for us. Very large and bright. Designer style. Everything was new. The private terrace was outstanding. There is a pharmacy and grocery store are down the street. An Uber into downtown is inexpensive and no issues ordering. We would rate this experience as a 5 star or 10/10. We would recommend it to other travellers without hesitation.

Lots to do and see even on cold winter days. Very easy to walk everywhere. Excellent good value cafes and restaurants. Very helpful and easygoing locals. Great city break. We went on a day trip to Cordoba - well worth it and trains fast and comfortable - need to book in advance online or at the station.

It has many things to see for a small city. The only disadvantage is the lack of green spaces (with actual grass) in the center. But they have some very nice Plazas. Its vibe is cosy.

The Town is very spread out and hilly, and unfortunately the pavements are in the worst overall condition that we have seen anywhere in Spain, and are often totally lacking or obstructed by parked cars, causing you to walk at the edge of busy badly lit roads. The best thing is the ease of access to Seville via the Metro from either of the two stations.
