Fantastic hotel in a convenient location close to the airport. Staff were lovely. Rooms were nicely decorated with comfy beds & air-conditioning. Only criticism was the tiny tv on the wall. Would really benefit from some larger smart tv's. Wouldn't hesitate to book & stay again

Perfect location, close to everything. To the beach, to the bus stops, to the restaurants and shops. I slept in a 10 bed room. All beds had curtains, so one had one's privacy.Comfy beds and pillows. Everything nice and clean. And so good they don't use washing detergents that smell perfume. The personnel were very serviceminded and kind. I am 100% satisfied with my stay there.

Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) Information
Location and Transport
Palma de Mallorca Airport is just over 5 miles (9 kilometres) from the city centre, meaning a bus journey takes only 15 minutes. Line 1 runs every 15 minutes and stops off at most points of interests, while Route 21 runs every 30 minutes and calls at several hotels along Palma beach. There are no direct train services from the airport, but taxis can be prebooked or found upon arrival.
Nearby Hotels and Airport Facilities
Plenty of coastal hotels can be found close to the airport, so there might even be time to sunbathe on the beach before catching a flight. Inside the terminal, there’s a number of duty-free shops, restaurants and VIP lounges.
Terminal Information
Palma de Mallorca Airport has just one terminal building but this is split into four concourses (A–D). Concourses B, C and D handle most international flights, while concourse A mainly handles domestic flights. Each concourse is connected to the main terminal building via a travelator.

Playa de Palma offers calm, shallow waters—perfect for children to play safely. In September, the weather is still warm and sunny, but the beach is pleasantly uncrowded. A peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the sea with the whole family!

We just stayed at El Arenal for one night.
We just stayed at El Arenal for one night. We enjoyed lazing around - we walked on the beach, sat in a cafe and looked at the souvenir shops. It was very pleasant. Had a burger in a cafe opposite.
If we had longer we could have spent some time in the centre of Palma. The bus service seems good and it's not far.
It was a good place to stay before flying from the airport early in the morning.

Lovely historical city, if you enjoy architecture and history and cafe culture it is a must.
The restaurants and dining and cafes are excellent in the area, there are many historical places and museums to visit. There are excellent boutique hotels of which Sant Jaume is one of.

This is a residential neighborhood but a great place to call base while visiting Mallorca. In 18 minutes you are in the center of Palma. You are close to main roads and highway leading to other locations of interest.
There is an annual festival in June called Sant Marcal.
There are supermarkets and shopping in the area as well as restaurants.

Nice small Town which has developed a lot over the past few years. Ample bars and restaurants which serve good food and beverages at a reasonable price. Great beach's which cater for young and old alike with the benefit of good water sport facilities. Traffic free boardwalk for easy walking access to mast of the town, good shopping facilities for most general good but must go to Palma for really top shops which is served by excellent public service transport options.

Playa de Palma is probably the best beach and swimming experience I've ever had. The sand beach is nearly perfect, the water is crystal clear; it is a very shallow entry beach – something I usually dislike – but in this case it makes fun swimming 200-300 m off the cost and returning back. Very beautiful promenade. Lots of restaurants and shops. A half-hour away from the city of Palma, which is magnificent. Overall, a great sea resort experience.

I love the area, if you avoid the beach front there are a few lovely Spanish restaurants about, it's mainly catered for Germans along the front . Feels safe and very friendly in the general area. Market days are Tuesday and Wednesday for food and Thursdays for the main market. Plenty of shops around the area, the buses are easy to use and there's a red train that runs along the front, the Marina has a lovely restaurant that has comfy sofas right on the beach

Great and vibrant Spanish city with a remarkable arts scene.
Great and vibrant Spanish city with a remarkable arts scene. So much to see, with every type of restaurant/cafe/bar available and short distances only to excellent beaches. It is the main transport hub, so anywhere on the island is easy to get to. Favourite evening spot must be Santa Catalina.

Honestly don't get why you'd come here.
Honestly don't get why you'd come here. The beach was nice, the bars were alright but you're on a Spanish island and this town has no Spanish in it. Its an English town with loads of Germans down the road in Arenal. Come here if you want to be overcharged on poor hotels, see cockroaches roaming the streets, be served overpriced cocktails by English staff. Don't come here if you want a true Spanish trip. For that I'd recommend Palma itself or somewhere in the north of the island.
