Everything, especially the welcome. The manager was very helpful in meeting all our needs and exceeding our expectations. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything a traveler could need. The accommodation is a little outside Bilbao, but in a quiet area, close to the airport and the bus station that takes you to the center of Bilbao.

We had a great stay. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom spacious and clean, even had two sinks, which is perfect as the room fits up to 5 people. Location close to the airport and parking for free next to the house. We also used the common kitchen, which was well-equipped. Hosts were super welcoming.

Very good location, the hotel is near to the airport but located in a peaceful town. Only a few kilometers to the city center.
There are few restaurants nearby. And hotel also has its own restaurant on ground floor.
The receptionist is also very kind and helpful.

Bilbao Airport is located 6 miles (9 kilometres) north of central Bilbao, in the municipality of Loiu, Biscay. The cheapest way to reach the airport is by public transport. The Bizkaibus (Line A3247 Bilbao-Airport) connects the airport with Bilbao Termibus (central bus station), stopping at Gran Vía 79, Plaza Moyua and Alameda Recalde 11. The service departs from Bilbao every 20 minutes from 05:20 to 22:00, and from the airport every 20 minutes from 06:20 to 0:00. A taxi will to the city centre should cost around EUR 25, with a journey time of 15 minutes.

As a solo traveller I felt safe day/night never thought @ anytime I'd got into a bad situation or places.
People where so nice.I had a mini break away from Bilbao & when I returned it was like 'going home' when I returned.
I'd recommend the Bilboats

Great location, short trip to Ferry, Very good wifi in room, Max Centre very close for fast food, secure parking for my motorcycle from 11pm to 8am, I still recommend to use locks on your motorcycle like every other hotel. Friendly staff and easy checkin, Bar, breakfast cost 10 euro and well worth it. Room was quiet and large enough for solo or couple.

The residential area is peaceful and quiet. If you do rent a car, it is prefect to get around to beaches nearby, and there are various choices. The close-by metro station also help us to get into the city easily.

Bilbao is amazing the range of shops, bars, cafes and things to do was amazing - the scenery was spectacular we travelled as they were setting up the christmas lights and markets we will definitely go back next time for the Christmas Markets
