I stayed here for 6 nights, and everything was top-notch. Cleanliness was impeccable, not only in the rooms but also outdoors and in other areas of the hotel—definitely a 10/10. The staff were incredibly hospitable, always polite, and helpful with any questions. The food was varied, and the dessert selection was especially impressive, with over 20 types available every day. The hotel is large, featuring multiple pools, each with its own bar. There’s also a snack bar where you can order quick bites. The beachfront location is beautiful, with transportation available every 10-20 minutes. Towels are provided both at the pool and the beach. It’s perfect for families with children, as there’s a playground and a kids’ pool. If your flight is later in the day, and your room is available, you can stay until 3:00 PM. Even after checkout, if you stay by the pool, they provide towel cards, and you can shower before leaving. If you go on tours, the hotel prepares food packages for you (one for each person). Security is excellent; everything is recorded. For instance, if you take a taxi, the staff notes the details and links them to your room number. All four of us were extremely satisfied—from the food to the staff, cleanliness, and overall attitude towards guests! A solid 10/10 from us, and we’ll definitely recommend it to others. If we decide to come back with the kids, this would be our first choice for sure!

I had no trouble getting to the hotel. Even though I arrived early in the morning, the staff was very attentive and invited me to breakfast at no extra charge. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed for personal comfort.

Very professional Staff, fast check in, excellent transfer to my room and everything was explained to me about the facilities. No problem with using English. Beautiful Hotel, very well maintained garden and buildings. 3 pools, very nice pools! Very friendly and smiling Staff everywhere- on the beach, in the bars, cleaners, etc. Breakfast was a separate story to tell. Big, beautiful hall, very professional Staff in the kitchen and on the floor. Amazing variety of foods....fresh juices,, sauces, spices....One of the favorite parts of the day! A few different restaurants to eat in and great dishes are served there. Very good service. Beautiful coral l reef and lots to see. Special thank you to the beach manager Reda - kind, caring, knowledgeable person. And a big thank you to all people who work so hard and welcome tourists so warmly 😁
