I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Resort in Hurghada, Egypt, and it was an experience I'll never forget. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the incredible staff. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmad Taha, Ahmad Ummarah, Ahmad Asharaf, and Adel at the reception desk for their exceptional service and genuine care. The resort itself is a true oasis, with stunning views of the Red Sea and immaculately maintained grounds. My room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The dining options at the Grand Resort are second to none, offering a diverse array of delicious cuisine to suit every palate. Whether it was breakfast overlooking the sea or dinner under the stars, every meal was a culinary delight. But what truly sets the Grand Resort apart is the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. I had the immense pleasure of spending ten exceptional days at the GRAND HOTEL HURGHADA. We had booked two rooms: one for myself, my wife, and our child, and another for my mother-in-law. From the moment we arrived, everything went perfectly, in an atmosphere truly worthy of a five-star hotel. Right from the reception, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Ibrahim, who was extremely kind and helpful. We even had the privilege of choosing our rooms, both offering a splendid view of the pool, just a few steps from the beach. At the pool, Mr. Hossam, the pool manager, was always attentive. He regularly came to check on us, ensuring we had everything we needed, with great care and kindness. The housekeeping service was impeccable, with the staff coming daily to change the sheets and restock the bathroom amenities. Regarding dining, we had access to two large restaurants as well as a beach restaurant offering snacks and drinks throughout the day. The dishes were delicious, generous, and very varied. A special mention goes to the “Arabesque” restaurant, where everything was outstanding. Many thanks to Mr. Mohsin and his entire team for their warm welcome and impeccable service. I would also like to thank all the staff at the animation bar, especially the waiter Ahmed, who was always smiling and available, as well as Mrs. Nathalie, who was in charge of the kids’ club and made our child’s stay unforgettable. Thanks to the entire team at the GRAND HOTEL, we had a wonderful stay that we will never forget. Thank you all once again! ❤️❤️❤️
