O gostoprimstvu vlasnika nemamo reci ni suprug ni ja, tolika iskrena prijatnost i susretljivost od gazde Jozefa nigde nismo imali-prava domaca atmosfera. Definitivno cemo opet ovde odsesti kad god budemo putovali.

Rooms have everything needed. All facilities are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very nice. Location is 20 mins from the downtown (but part of it is uphill so be prepared). Stuff is attentive and pleasant. I loved my stay, would come back if I decide to visit Karlovy Vary again.

Property was exactly as advertised online: Clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and very accommodating for a family with young kids.
Our travel timeline changed and I ended up arriving 3 hours later than I'd anticipated, but the host had been in contact with me through the day and there was no problem. He met me on the street, showed me where to park, and gave me the keys.

Very nice and good hotel! Everything is there, you can cook your own food. Also the biggest plus is that there is parking. If there is a chance to be in Karlovy Vary again, then only the Leopold hotel!

Super beautiful town, well worth an overnight stay.
Super beautiful town, well worth an overnight stay. Lots to do beyond just the Colonnade, as there is amazing nature all around and lots of places to explore in the center and just adjacent. We loved it here and plan to go back.

This a very good location to visit local restaurants, which are mostly within 15 min walking distance. There was also a Christmas fare almost right in front of the apartment. All the thermal water sources are within 10 min walk. There are plenty of local thermal spas very close. There is a big city park 15 min from the apartment. This park is perfect for hiking.

Great old town close to many things, visit the good restaurants on the main square. Worth also visiting the local castle ruins and Heinrich Mattoni's old spa! Beautiful mountains, great beer! I love Czechia and Bohemia!

The old town was beautiful.
The old town was beautiful. The hiking trails in the surroundings offered great views of the old town, and a nice place for forest bathing. Also, there are good bicycle paths that are well sign-posted.

The area is great for hiking.
The area is great for hiking. Around the nearby town of Nejdek, you can do a great hiking tour which departs from the St. Martina Catholic church and leads you up to Tysovské vrch, which is almost 1000m above the sea level. There is a lookout tower from which you have a great view when the sky is clear. From there leads a trail all the way back to Nejdek.

This is a beautiful little town and I really wished we had more time here, I was super keen to do a spa in beer! Alas we were just passing through but still had a lovely dinner out and got to see some of the town.

Such a small beautiful city that makes you feel like in a movie. The castle is amazing, the nature around keeps you fresh. Definitely we will come back and it is a super romantic place to visit with your partner.
The city is quite small, so you can walk around easily. If you enjoy cycling, take your bike with you!

Pros: Beautiful architecture. Healing mineral springs.
Pros: Beautiful architecture. Healing mineral springs.
Cons: Overwhelming presence of tourists from a sanctioned country, who were rude, loud and inconsiderate to everyone else. The trip was supposed to be relaxing, but it wasn't really.

A beautiful little town that isn't swamped with tourists.
A beautiful little town that isn't swamped with tourists. Compact and easily walkable, with a range of sights including several museums and the impressive castle. All the locals were friendly, and prices for accomodation and restaurants seemed reasonable everywhere. Definitely worth a visit.
