The highlight was the private sauna. Great experience. Also clean rooms and a new luxurious Villa. The breakfast options were fresh and good. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We prefer quiet location and this was brilliant option. Also would be just a 15 min walk to main attractions!! Overall top option!!

Great location, a few minutes walk from the city center and it also had a bus stop in the corner which was useful for the way back. The place was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a very pleasant stay.

Property was exactly as advertised online: Clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and very accommodating for a family with young kids. Our travel timeline changed and I ended up arriving 3 hours later than I'd anticipated, but the host had been in contact with me through the day and there was no problem. He met me on the street, showed me where to park, and gave me the keys.

Clean, comfortable and very cozy. I slept on that bed like a baby. Breakfast was abundant and staff was extra friendly. A bit far from the center, but in such a place that is an advantage - walking through beautiful Karlovy Vary. Has its own parking, which is a big plus. Some major hotels we rejected because they didn'f have parking.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were traveling with two pets, and everything was extremely comfortable and thoughtfully arranged for us.
