Hotel is really clean and bed is comfy. Nice welcoming present - bottle of water and some tea/coffee) Everything is in place, there even small table for work. There is an electric kettle, and being that I like tea it was really useful.

This apartment exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfortable, spacious. Very well equipped kitchen, including pots, cutlery, and coffee. There was also a dishwasher, washing machine and a hairdryer available. Amazing balcony and a nice living room. It's located very close to the sea, shops, and restaurants. 1 minute from the local bus stop. Perfect for a holiday stay for 2-4 people.

We got to this hotel pretty much as refugees from Israel, which sadly was forced into a brutal war, and the hotel staff was absolutely wonderful! Every single one of them was helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and informative. This is an absolute gem, from the wonderful GM Yianoulla and everyone in her staff. We got there at 4:45am and still got a room! They could have told us to wait until 3pm and we'd be still happy.

The location is perfect - own private beach and 20min easy walk into town. All rooms have a 5 stars sea view. Staff are extremely welcoming and professional. Breakfast was good with big selection of things to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit Larnaca. Suitable for solo travelers like myself or families and couples.

Loved that the property was securely fenced which travelling with dogs was important, Internet was fast and the place was clean and well presented. Very convenient location with secure parking. The host was helpful and checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay.

The apartment is excellent, everything is brand new, vey good condition, plenty kitchen utensils. Air conditioning in every room. In the morning of the arrival we received detailed information about self check-in. We had a car, there's personal parking lot.
