Sabrina and Edu were fantastic hosts. They went out of their way to make our stay a success. We loved our little house. The food was the best we had in Costa Rica, it was fresh, delicious and varied. There were interesting trails around the property and we had great fun in the rowing boat. We thought Encanto Lodge was a very special place and would have liked to stay longer. Pura Vida in Osa.

The owner and his family were super friendly and helpful, accomodation is new and clean and restaurant and food was delicious. Distance from harbour was compensated by option of transport on demand for acceptable fee.

Highly recommend stay at Villa Manolo Ocean and Forest View Hotel , the hotel is run by a delightful really hardworking local family , who all provide exceptional guest/customer service and genuinely care about each guest experience. We stayed in the King Room, very spacious, super clean, everything worked (super cool aircon/fridge, large shower & comfy bed) and outside sitting area/view from the balcony amazing! Evening meals were exceptional (especially the fresh fish/tuna selections) Mrs. Manolo is a wonderful talented chef!! Leading up to our stay I needed assistance on arranging tours, boat trips, taxi etc., communication with Adonis was excellent, everything was taken care of, super-efficiently making our tip and stay at Villa Manolo the highlight of our Costa Rica holiday, as the Villa Manolo Family really made our stay extra special – A big thank you again to you all!! Traveler’s Tip: For ease of travel to Drake Bay, yes people drive but as the road conditions rather challenging, for ease and less stress suggest leave the hire car at Sierpe (there is secure paid parking) and arrange the boat trip 😊 (we were lucky our boat went through the mangroves, so an added bonus!)

Great place to stay - easily accessible by car. Very clean, hospitable, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and made early on request to ensure you have enough time to embark on any tours.

Our stay in the Corcovado Green Cabin was a highlight and the perfect end of our Costa Rica trip! Raquel was so lovely and the cabin was just beautiful, very clean and located in such a peaceful area. We only needed around 10 min by walk to arrive at the beach, where we literally were the only 2 people! Our highlight was the great view which we enjoyed in the morning during breakfast or in the evenings watching the sunset. We totally recommend it and would come back any time!
