It was like in paradise: exactly in the middle between Capurganá and Playa Aguacate, you can walk to the center of Capurganá in half an hour but in El Hongo it's quiet and chilled and you can relax in a hammock with seaview.
There are amazing cats and lovely and kind Diego and Efice spoiled us with coffee, the best chocolate ever and vegetarian food. We had a wonderful time, thank you SO much! We would always come back!!!

Really comfy beds, friendly staff, it's a bit out of the way but is nice and quite, for the price they should have a generator for when the power in the town cuts (which happens regularly)

The town itself is small enough to check out in two days and nights but there are thongs to do in the surrounding areas. Walking from my hotel through the jungle, especially at night, was a fantastic experience.
The scuba diving (mid-December) was very poor. Low visibility. Dive and Green though are a great bunch and were lovely to meet.
In the town there is loud music all the time.
