The resort offers elegant rooms with private balconies overlooking Sanya Bay and free Wi-Fi. It’s absolutely perfect for families with kids! There is so much to do with them and it’s free! Please pay attention about the additional information provided by the hotel, so that way you will not miss free photo session and afternoon tea (additional charge apply) served at the lobby bar. Always some small shows and fun for kids happening during the day, even during the breakfast! If you come without kids - it’s still great in terms of design, room service and cleaning, pool hours (open until 22.30), beach, breakfast verity etc. There are few restaurants in the hotel which serve buffet with plenty of seafood and a la carte Chinese menu. Breakfast was great and it was served until 11am. Even though staff does not speak English/Russian they do their best to make communication successful. They immediately connected us with Renata who speaks English and Russian and she was so helpful providing us guidance about hotel services and arranged us breakfast box since we were leaving earlier. Renata provided us high level customer service and made sure we liked our stay
