Huge room and the hotel is near the airport. There is free shuttle service, but it works from 6am (too late for our flight). The room is clean and huge and nice. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel

Beautiful, spacious clean hotel and rooms not too far from the airport. Breakfast and food was incredible! The level of service was outstanding nothing was too much trouble and the staff were very helpful, kind and accommodating! Particularly Mr Lee, Mr Ray and Mr Ryan (Concierge) who supported us with anything we needed! Would definitely recommend and would most definitely return for a longer stay, very grateful and happy with our time there albeit it was a short stay.

Location and Transport

With more than 90 million travellers passing through each year, Beijing Capital International Airport is Asia’s busiest airport. It is located in the Chaoyang-Shunyi district, 20 miles (32 kilometres) northeast of the city centre, and connected by direct transport links. The Airport Express Line of the Beijing Subway is the fastest and most convenient, stopping at Terminals 2 and 3, and running every ten minutes. Alternatively, take the Airport Community Bus if you're heading into the Shunyi district.

For short-term accommodation options, travellers can choose from a range of hotels in the airport itself or in the nearby Tianzhu district. Meanwhile, the facilities on offer in BCIA include a vast retail and food-service area, foreign exchange and children’s play areas. Great communication and very helpful, it took me a long time...

Great communication and very helpful, it took me a long time to get through immigration at the airport, I did a lot of research but it was still not easy, the signage is poor and there are two different types of entry visas', signage at the airport does not make it clear which is which, Sophie waited a long time for me at the airport as I have booked the transfer from the airport to the hotel, she was very patient and super friendly, talked to me about living in China etc, very helpful, also made sure I had money for the shops by overcharging for the room to give me Yuan in exchange. Organised my trip back to the airport in the morning, no issues at all. No TV's in the room but not sure what use they would be anyway for an English speaker with no Chinese language skills :) just make sure you can entertain yourself. Shops immediately out the front of the hotel if you want to get a couple of beers or buy some food, literally across the very minor road. Fantastic as a layover between flights.

I had a really lovely time here.

I had a really lovely time here. It was easy to get around and a nice place to return to after a day out. The Spa was great. The only thing I would suggest is a shop with products i.e. toiletries, local crafts & gifts, clothes etc,.

From the warm welcome offered by most staff and the ample parking facilities, to the overall comfortable accommodations, I was quite satisfied with my stay. However, the somewhat distant attitude of a few front desk employees stood out. A consistent level of friendliness across all team members would truly elevate the entire experience.”

All staffs we met were really friendly. Our hotel was right beside a supermarket and macdonals. Location to PEK airport on nonpeak hours took 30-35mins. And we were also near to the forbidden place and temple of heaven. Didi will take about 15 mins.

The location is very good. It is off the main roads but close (10mins walk) to various metro lines and the PEK AirPort Express. It’s especially good if you want to explore the Hutong around the bell tower, the Lama temple and to the area to the north of the forbidden city.
