Novotel Guangzhou Baiyun Airport has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and restaurant in Guangzhou. Everything it says on the tin and more. So helpful staff and a very new and modern hotel with the required facilities for a family that needed to be close to the airport for a very early flight. The shuttle bus you can order if your timing is outside the time table and they drive you straight to T1 or T2 in 5-10 mins. Staff helped us a lot with all our luggage and the room was great. A bit weird with the sink in the room but on the other hand the room feels larger.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the driver met me at the gate, which was extremely convenient since I only had dollars with me. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout my time there. I was especially grateful that they allowed me to stay with my dog without any additional charges. Another highlight was the late checkout at 2 PM, something I rarely find at other hotels. Highly recommend!
