This family-run gem offers a unique blend of comfort, hospitality, and natural beauty that truly makes it stand out. From the moment we arrived, Vaa and Joliene, the wonderful hosts who manage the property, welcomed us with such warmth and genuine care that we instantly felt at home. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our stay was perfect made the experience unforgettable. The property itself is a slice of paradise. Surrounded by lush coconut trees, the entire house exudes a peaceful charm. One of the highlights of our stay was the close proximity to the beach—just a short walk away. It’s hands down one of the best beaches we’ve ever visited, with pristine sands and crystal-clear waters that made every moment there magical. The house is fantastic—spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped to provide a cozy and comfortable experience. The cool sea breeze and the thoughtful layout of the house ensured we were always comfortable. It’s clear that Vaa and Joliene have put great effort into making Are Kapakapa a home away from home for their guests. Another highlight of our stay was exploring the fruit trees around the property. The coconuts were a delightful treat, perfect for a refreshing snack after spending time at the beach. Every aspect of Are Kapakapa reflects the love and effort that Vaa and Joliene pour into their hospitality. The combination of the peaceful atmosphere, thoughtful amenities, and personal touches made our stay truly special. Amazing newly renovated bungalows right on the beach. Whale watching from the shore. Everything i wanted and away from everybody else but close enough to get into town easily. Maggie the host was super helpful and met us at the airport, arranged a motor scooter for us and then dropped us back at the airport.

This waterfront property offers beautifully appointed luxury villas, designed for maximum privacy and relaxation. Private, semi secluded and just a beautiful place to holiday. The endless food that kept coming was amazing and the private pool was a bonus.
