They have 3 shifts and changes every 8 hours (i think) but, does not matter who it is that hosts, you will not be disappointed. They are very friendly and helpful. You can ask them for anything - they will be there to assist you. If you reach the place early, you don't have to pay for the early check in - just leave your luggage in their storage room for free! Location wise is an obvious one, it's literally just right at the airport so would be a perfect place to sleep before catching a flight next door, just downstairs from the lobby, take the lift and you'll right in front of Coop. Very convenient. Cleanliness is commendable. For a hotel that have many customers come and go, they are very well maintained, clean every where from the place you sleep, the place to hang to toilet - they are sparkling clean. Very recommended!
