Set 80 metres from Nanaimo Museum, Courtyard by Marriott Nanaimo offers 3-star accommodation in Nanaimo and features a shared lounge, a bar and a casino. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, and staff seemed very concerned that we'd be angry - the place is relatively new and there were a couple of other guests who were engaged in quite aggressive conversations with other staff at the time. Seems like there are some issues that need ironing out. However I have no complaints, we were given a beer each, went to park the car across the street, and by the time I returned the room was ready. Room was perfect, bed was huge, swimming pool was a welcome addition. It was only a layover but would have happily spent another night. I think the staff member who helped us might have been called Vern or something similar. He was a really nice guy.

Very responsive to messages and happy to allow us a slightly later check in of 630. It was easy to find the location was fantastic. Anthea was really helpful to direct us to food in the area, but also for our onward travels through British Colombia. The accommodation was cozy and clean. She had two lovely daschunds who were very friendly and a great perk of the accommodation. Definitely would stay again

Quality Inn is located in Nanaimo, within 12 km of Wildplay Element Park and 3.3 km of Petroglyph Park. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. The location was convenient. The hotel is very clean, bed was super cozy.

The service by all the staff members were really great. Specially the ladies who were managing the Breakfast room on Sunday and Monday did an amazing job. Loved the cheese omelette and the sausage patty. I managed to use the Gym as well. There's ample parking so there was no problem finding parking. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious and the kids loved the tv channel options provided.
