The staff were very helpful and friendly the parking lot was large as we usually pull a trailer. This is going to be our preferred stop anytime we go through. No more stopping in Hearst or Cochrane. The breakfast was very good and the departure package was a pleasant surprise.

it was listed as a 2 star hotel, but it was quite nice. Spacious, good beds. Pillows could be better. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

Disappointed that the online booking did not advertise that...
Disappointed that the online booking did not advertise that the water slide is permanently closed, so we had some very disappointed kids with us, additionally it did not say we needed to book a pool spot due to hockey tournament, perhaps in the future the hockey teams need to book specific hours not the entire day/night and leave some space for average guests.
