This is a beautiful home with 4 very comfortable rooms. Having access to the full house and laundry room was great. It felt like our home away from home. Everyone had their own space, and the beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful home with gorgeous stained glass window. Rooms were lovely and we were able to relax after travelling. Appreciated being able to do some washing and breakfasts were great. Easy access to down town St John’s and great recommendations for restaurants by hosts. Fantastic stay.

Very friendly welcome, especially as we arrived late at night. Mary cooked a different breakfast each day and was always keen to chat.
Robert went out of his way to make sure our stay was a very pleasant one, including giving us very helpful information about sights to see and places to go.

It was a super cute with lovely rooms, very comfortable beds! The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also fantastic. Walking distance to everything in St Johns and lots of on street parking. We would absolutely stay again.

This was our first time in St.John's.
This was our first time in St.John's. We rented a car and drove along the Irish Loop and visited coastal towns along the way. We also visited sites around St.John's and we enjoyed it all, from Quidi Vidi Harbour, George Street, Jelly Bean Row, The Rooms, Basilica Cathedral of St. John, Marathon of Hope Mile 0, and more! Seeing the sunrise off Cape Spear was a incredible, and seeing the sunset from Signal Hill was amazing. There are a lot of great trails to walk through. So bring comfortable walking shoes and water bottle. There are so many beautiful views to discover!

This B&B is one of the very best, it’s beautifully decorated and maintained. The property is only about ten years old and is in a very nice neighbourhood. Hannah has done a fantastic job with this B&B, it is spotlessly clean and the whole environment is well maintained.

Wow what a beautiful city!
Wow what a beautiful city! Easy to navigate and sights not too far to walk or drive to. I really recommend doing Adams Pub/history crawl it was so cool to visit some haunted sights and try local beers and learn about the history. Getting screeched in at Christians pub and hiking up signal hill. So much history, great live music at almost every pub. Always something going on but also on a Monday it's quiet.

Such a unique, wonderful city to visit!
Such a unique, wonderful city to visit! Lots of interesting places to visit, amazing hiking trails and ocean views! Especially during fall, the colors are so beautiful! Would recommend Signal Hill, Cape Spear and the shops and restaurants on George Street and Water Street! We learned quite quickly the easier ways to get around. And everyone is so amazingly friendly!! Will definitely be back!!

Staff was very accomodating. Solicitous cleaning crew. Beds were very comfortable. Amenities such as the kitchenette with the sizeable fridge and oven were much appreciated. Good location - around 12 minutes from YYT.
Rates were cheaper than our stay at a Booking.com 1-bedroom apartment for better facilities and amenities. We'll be back!
