Excellent breakfast - coffee was superb - better than you'd get at a fine cafe. Eggs were fresh - we went out to see the chickens they came from. Appreciated that much of the rest of the menu was locally sourced (organic apple juice from the area was particularly good).

The parking was super convenient. The location was great too.
Hotel du Fjord is located in downtown Chicoutimi. It serves a buffet-style continental breakfast every morning. The rooms have soundproof walls and flat-screen cable TV.

It is just breath taking, the scenary, Saguenay and Lac Saint Jean area is marvelous. Hiking, biking, walks, sight seeing, it has it all. I loved it, and the road towards Saint Feliciene was amazing, the lakes are beautifull.

Saguenay is a beautiful sector, North of Quebec, which seems like the diamond in the rough.
No one would think about going to Sagueneay, however, they have great outdoors, both winter and summer.
Definitely, a must-visit for anyone who appreciates the great outdoors.
