Close to airport. But unfortunately we were met with a huge party on the green outside which the owner failed to tell us about. She lied by saying she did not know. But the party had been going for 3 days.We would not have stayed there. She did not notify guests as she wanted to bank the money. There was also confusion over the double room I book for 2 (Casal) husband.. Did not meet standards. Could not supply a pillow. Bed very high and very hard. Acoustics terrible. Windows tin. Supplies a coffee and microwave with plates in corridor if you wish .

My dad and I had an exceptional stay at Comfort Suites Rio Preto! First of all, the staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Fernanda and Neto who really helped make us feel right at home. We only stayed for a short time but we chatted with them almost every day, and since my dad doesn’t speak Portuguese it was great that they were still able to communicate with him in english, and it gave him a great opportunity for him to practice some Portuguese too! The rooms were incredibly spacious and well laid-out, they felt like real apartments and were lovely spaces to just hang around in. The breakfasts were always lovely, but I have to hugely commend the chocolate nut brownies especially that I had on our last day – I’m still thinking about them today! We loved spending time at the pool on the rooftop, and my dad really appreciated the available gym facilities too. Lastly, the price for our stay was also fantastic – it felt like we got an exceptional deal considering we booked two separate rooms for about a week’s stay, along with the amenities and the overall great experience. Comfort Suites lives up to its name, I’d recommend anyone visiting Rio Preto to stay there – and we definitely hope to stay there again! Thank you everyone at Comfort Suites Rio Preto :D

On the positive side, the apartment itself was dry and comfortable, which was important for my stay. The housekeeping service came daily to collect old towels and ensure the place was tidy, which I appreciated. The apartment also had plenty of space, making it a good environment for work—I spent most of my time working during my stay, and it suited my needs well.
The internet speed was quite good, and while the free access was limited to one hour at a time, I could simply log in again to continue using it, which worked fine for me.
Additionally, the location felt safe and had good access to shops, making it easy to get essentials without much hassle. These aspects made my stay more convenient, despite the initial issues.
