The very first spot are the reception stuff
They are so different from many others the make difference.
And that's what we like people who makes difference.
They are helpful, polite and kind .and incredibly happy with their work .
The stuff at breakfast are also very efficient.
The maids are happy people too.
I like the energy of this place and for me this hotel is probably the best one in the area .

we ended up not staying because my partner lost his documents with the uber and we went through a super stressful situation trying to get it back.
Police officers around, etc.
the staff were so fantastic and understanding, really helped us.
Francisco and Anderson, thank you so much, I feel bad for all the hassle we caused but they were absolutely amazing.
We would definitely stay with you again in the future.

Great city.
Great city. It has the same issues other cities have(traffic, noise, dirt...), but it feels nice to go out to so many different bars. Great foods! Nice family areas in a few parks(Mangabeiras, Municipal, Pampulha...)

I´ve been in the city just for work.
I´ve been in the city just for work. The central area does not have many attractions for tourism or tours. Maybe other regions are more interesting to stay.
Traffic is confusing. There are no expressways, the paths are inside the neighborhoods, which is a little strange.

Grwat place to be. Tons of places to visit. Millions of bars with cold beer and great food for a decent price. Would definitely go back. Love it. Dont miss a stop at the municipal market. If you can, attend a soccer match at MRV arena. It was fantastic.

Belo Horizonte itself doesn't have a lot to offer but there...
Belo Horizonte itself doesn't have a lot to offer but there is a day's worth of things to see - downtown buildings and cafes. There's also the Mercado Central - traditional market with food and drink + everyday goods (not very interesting) and the Market Novo which is the one worth visiting - in a carpark (access via the ramp) - it's packed with interesting shops, services, food and drink mixed with street art. Placa Liberdade and other buildings like the cultural centre etc. There are multiple day trips using BH as a base - Oreo Preto (2.5 hrs by bus) colonial town, Inhotim (buses from bus station and transport from Holiday Inn some days) incredible gardens and art and Pampulha Complex (modernist suburb on a lagoon) all of which are worth a visit
