We had an early morning flight and it was possible to walk to the airport. It was 20 minutes walk.
Apartment is spacy, bads comfortable, everything clean and it is not noisy at all!

The room is big and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need. We also received a Welcome tray with some biscuits, ets. Nice to have an outside area for fresh air. Near the train station and airport. The owners send all route info and arrangements before we arrived - it was so well organized. Will definitely recommend.

Our stay was disappointing due to poor cleanliness, inadequate amenities, and understaffing, with malfunctioning air conditioning and privacy breaches. Its inconvenient location led to frequent transportation issues, and unhelpful staff showed little concern despite complaints. Overall, the experience was far from comfortable or restful, and we do not recommend this hotel.

Vilvoorde is a beautiful city. I love to go for walks and just about walked everywhere. There are many parks, rivers, creeks, a canal, and many paths to walk on. Vilvoorde has done a magnificent job at keeping the area very green and walkable.

Getting around in Wezembeek-Oppem is very easy. We mostly walked there. We used tram and metro to neighboring towns. We ate at different places depending on where we were.
People are very kind and smiling. They congratulate you, even if they don't know you.

Zaventem is close to the airport - our main reason for choosing this town. It is an easy journey by train into Brussels central which I would recommend because traffic and parking is difficult.
We had a 50% weekend pass so the return trip for both of us was Euros 10.

It is what it is - out in the middle of nearly nowhere. Just a base to get your head down, 30 minute taxi into Brussels city centre. Wasn't overly impressed with Brussles to be honest. Long ques at immigration being that we left the EU. The flight was an hour and it took 1 hr 15 minutes to clear customs.

Was there to visit a clinic so didn’t get to see much, but first impression was there was not much there.. struggled to find anything to do and also not many restaurants or cafes where you can get breakfast.
I did like the cleanliness and the calmness.. houses there are all great and modern to look at and it was relatively easy to get around

Unfortunately I didnt go to the trip had an accident and broken foot. My friends did travel. I had to pay 140 euros because the booking didnt cancel my reservation. Very upset about this. The hotel should have mean to avoid this to happen.
