I had a very good time in Chandler's Homestay. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped. The breakfast is delicious and filling. However, the best part of this place is the hosts Jean and Trevor – who are incredibly helpful, friendly, and caring. The airport is very close, and you can either walk to Crane Beach or Foul Bay or take one of the frequently running buses. The location is well-connected and convenient.

The property was clean, spacious with all necessities and very quiet neighbourhood. I am exceptional thankful for having, basic needs, e.g having a cup of tea. The property is 10 minutes from the airport which made location perfect.

The south coast is a great place to stay, 'next door' to town (Bridgetown), Oistins is here - so great on Fridays. Lots of beautiful beaches -though all of Bajan beaches are beautiful. Also, this parish is where Saint Lawrence Gap is located. In summary a great parish, but highly recommended to get out and explore them all!

The hotel was too far away to walk to anywhere else. The hotel beach is a public beach. The hotel has not yet developed anything on the beach other than two bench tables. The sea is quite rough. Cockroach in the room. Food awful, service terrible. Asked to change a $100 bill. Said that I couldn't. Asked why... because it is Sunday! After complaining and seeking a senior person they changed the money. We had booked a cruise and was due to return after the the cruise for 4 more nights. I asked to cancel that booking. Was told to do it myself online... charming!

Amazing people, great food.
Amazing people, great food. Cuzz fish stand and Savvy on the bay great for food, getting around the public buses costs $3.50 BBD, activities on the other hand tends to be on the expensive side but highly recommend the shipwrecks and turtle excursion, rum punches will definitely give you punches.

Christ Church was quite easy to get around by taxi as there were many on call outside the hotel where i stayed
There are lots of places to eat especially Miramosa but generally quote expensive apart from the Kandy Bar which isb't a bad experience

The clean air not built up like Christ Church, too much hustle and bustle. I woke at 3 to start work at 4 o’clock I was working UK hours. So peaceful and quiet the first hour went so fast then sun rise around 5 and locals started moving around to start their day. You always get a good morning and a hello. I cooked for myself but had 2 meals locally at The Crane Hotel, 1st meal was to celebrate a 100th birthday, 2nd meal was with a friend who is now living on the island, The Carriage House is the best at Crane Hotel.
I think I would avoid Town I only went to get chocolate which is dairy free.

Brigetown is lovely,i like all the old architectural buildings,clean,people were friendly...Chefette was relly good place to eat at and reasonable...The bus tour was great.and the mini van are easy to get just find out the no on the van for which area your going.

The local people are very nice.
The is local fish celebrations and market, dancing, with the locals on Friday and Saturdays..love local people and streets and many other hotels near by on route. Beautiful 💖 weather, the sea breeze was lovely 😍 The town is colourful including the transport buses 🚌 and taxis going into town or airport 🛫
Local area has natural local people sell their own produce, foods and market stall inside the Oistins Town area..there is supermarkets KFC, Chefette and petrol station, fish markets, lots of restaurants cooked food to buy..beautiful atmosphere and im definitely confirm my time was amazing. I am definitely coming back to Christchurch Barbados 🇧🇧 and I can't wait..oh yes the Miami Beach is amazing going to swim out in the sea..water level is chest high from a far distance from shore sandy area..lovely weather all day and night...lots of hotels nearby too. Transport to Oistins to Bridgetown is easy accessible from Christchurch.

We really enjoyed our first stay.
We really enjoyed our first stay. All the staff, reception, concierge, room cleaning, restaurant servers and almost everyone working on the grounds were friendly, efficient and helpful. The resort is beautiful.
Our only suggestions are:
A) offer better tour choices and selection
B) once during a stay offer a ride to Bridgetown with a pick up after 4 or 5 hours for a reasonable cost

Bridgetown wasnt what I expected not much to see and do except the boatyard bar and restaurant on the water, great deal for cruisers or anyone to spend the day. Not great shops in bridgetown unless you want souvenir's, Holetown place to go but more expensive. The swan street colorful but again just not that great of shops
