We were warmly welcomed by lovely hosts upon our arrival. The house was not only charming but also impeccably clean, providing a perfect retreat for our stay. The housekeeper is a remarkable woman who greeted us with a delightful assortment of fresh and dried fruits, tea, and sweets, which made us feel instantly at home. She kindly guided us to the local bazaar, where we enjoyed shopping for delicious dried fruits and homemade jams. Her hospitality truly enhanced our experience. Additionally, her husband organized a sightseeing tour around Nakchivan and within the city, offering us great value for the fantastic experience. The house itself was exceptionally quiet and pristine—even more beautiful than the photographs suggested. Its location is ideal, as we were able to stroll easily to the city center, immersing ourselves in the local culture and attractions. We highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a cozy and enjoyable stay in Nakchivan!

We liked the spacious room overlooking the Iranian border. Breakfast was delicious but they could have added a few more general items to the menu. The staff was quite cooperative and friendly with limited knowledge of English. They were quite patient in responding to our queries regarding Taxis to nearby places in Naxchivan.

The house is very comfortable and has an amazing view, but what truly made the difference was the incredibly warm welcome we received from Ani, Hayk, and Artak. We felt like guests in the truest sense, and we had the chance to talk with our hosts and sharing even breakfast, learning a lot about Armenia and its culture. I sincerely recommend a stop at this guesthouse, whether you're a hiker or simply someone who loves nature. Thank you so much for the great experience, the delicious food... and for the lift to Vayk!

The gent who let us in and gave us the keys was very pleasant and helpful and communication before arrival was excellent. It was made clear that the location was remote and that we would have to bring our food and drink with us. This was fine and the shared kitchen was very well equipped. We had a lovely en suite room upstairs with wonderful views from our balcony, especially of the beautiful rose garden in the back garden. We were also lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. There was a problem with the WiFi in the early evening, but it was quickly resolved and worked very well for us after that; not good enough to stream, but perfectly well for browsing, emails, etc. We parked in the drive in front of the Lodge, but there are zero security concerns. If you get the chance to visit, then we strongly suggest that you do. The drive south from Lake Sevan is truly spectacular. The last few kilometres of road were pot holed and slow going, but perfectly accessible if you drive slowly. Overall, this is a wonderful place to enjoy nature and relax and we loved our visit. Very highly recommended.
