I loved the rooms. So nice, new, small and clean :) they really surprised me. We also had a little balcony. We could leave our car next to our room. The bed and linens were one of the comfiest I've ever had! The receptionist didn't really talk about anything so I can't say whether they were nice or not. It was a casual check in.

I chose the apartment specifically for it's location close to the Greyhound bus stop and the Cruise Whitsundays terminal. I wasn't disappointed and the view from the apartment was a real bonus.
