Everything was on point, such attention to detail and hospitality is rare these days so we were blown away. The room was great, with little luxuries here and there, a fantastic butler pantry and a beautiful, tranquil view. The bathroom was just a delight (so much our friends took photos for their own reno). Have to come back to try that standalone bathtub! The included breakfast is amazing! There is a menu to choose from and the food is divine. We had the shakshuka, pain perdu, Vietnamese eggs, babkas... all could rival a 5 start restaurant. Wendy and Martin are fantastic hosts and definitely make you feel welcomed. Oh we also loved the paddle boat and trips around the lagoon!

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was exceptional, with a newly renovated bathroom, and all the usual amenities were available. I was given a quiet location and was undisturbed by noise, people or traffic, whilst being within walking distance of the CBD. Given the experience, the rates were very reasonable, and I highly recommend staying at the Bakery Park Motor Inn at Tocumwal.
