What a big surprise to stay in the family room at the Avenue Inn. What a beautiful and nice accomodation. Never seen such a clean, big and top appartment. Also the friendly family and personel approach gave us such a warm welcome.

I had a great stay! The room was very comfortable, and the beds were super comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. All the necessary facilities were provided as mentioned in the listing, including a microwave oven, fridge, heater, kettle, and TV. Everything was in good working condition, which made the stay even more convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend it to others.

What an awesome set up. Great courtyard area that has a pool table, bar and good sound system. It was cold when we were there but on a balmy summer night would be fantastic for BBQ's.
The rooms are well separated and spacious. Comfortable beds and good range for breakfast with coffee machine aswell.
Would recommend this for all types of occasions, family, work colleagues etc.

Excellent location. Within walking distance to supermarket/restaurants etc. There was salt and pepper, numerous coffees and teas etc in kitchen. We are out a couple of times, but there is plenty of kitchen utensils etc to eat in as well. Saw a bbq there, but did not have a chance to use.Accommodation spacious and welcoming
. Hosts live next door and are a wealth of information. They also offer tours.(Would definitely recommend if you don't want to be the designated driver as wineries are fantastic)Beds were comfy and warm, with lots of extra bedding if needed. Property would suit a larger group perfectly. (We were 3) Kitchen, living areas and bedrooms all spacious.

A very beautiful town indeed in a most fertile region.
A very beautiful town indeed in a most fertile region. Lots to see and do. The home we rented had a very good kitchen so we ate in mostly.
Visit the Caves, the wine region and especially Penola with the St Mary McKillop Centre.

Naracoorte is a mid-sized country town with great facilities and hospitality. The famous Naracoorte caves are close as well as famous wine regions. Within an hour there are beaches, more wine regions, a major rural city. It's less than 5 hours to Melbourne and three hours to Adelaide.
