Fab hotel. Booked this last minute and was not disappointed. All staff were fantastic & couldn't of done any more for me. Meal was lovely and was handy having the laundry facility there. Mackay wasn't on my intinary to stop but the staff made this an enjoyable stay, and took away from the stress of not being able to reach my original destination of Airlie Beach due to road closures and weather conditions.

Welcoming, easy parking, very clean. Hot shower, comfortable bed.
We stayed 2 nights & were pleasantly surprised to return to a beautifully made bed , clean towels. Vacuumed floor etc. room had all things one might want (TV, cutlery, kettle etc). Will definitely stay here again 😃

I definitely recommend Eungella National Park at Broken River for a day trip and go to the Enugella Pub what a veiw
We went over Christmas time so a lot of attraction closed but still had other things to go look see

self use barbecue available and unit had a washer but no dryer.

Mackay is a beautiful coastal spot, I'm planning another trip there soon. We visited the Marina, and did some shopping at Canelands. We attended an Engagement party with family there and the venue was beautifully set up, staff were so friendly and the weather was beautiful for a swim and fish and chips.

Hard to find but once there worth it.
Hard to find but once there worth it. Not easily accessible for elderly or disabled very dodgy paths from car park. Great resort facilities and food excellent 10/10.Areas of Apartment need a really good clean(fan and vent) . Unsure of fire safety with no visible alarm or fire blanket . If staying for more than a couple of days take cleaning supplies and towels etc. Would stay again as value for Money so close to beach, resort bar and views . Take nibbles etc as long way to shops. I now know what to take with me for my next visit. Thank you 😊

I attended a cricket game at Harrup Park, which I had never been to before. Google maps made it easy to find and the facilities are amazing. One afternoon, I walked the Mackay Bluewater Trail. It was interesting and I felt safe on the trail.

The most attractive spot in Eimeo is the hotel.
The most attractive spot in Eimeo is the hotel. The view from its hilltop location is incredible. The beer is cold and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is the food that is the standout. We would travel to the hotel just for their garlic cream prawns or the chicken schnitzel with mushroom sauce. My favorite location to eat in Mackay is definitely the Eimeo hotel.
