Our stay was amazing since the very first moment we got in. Michael welcomed us and introduced the place to us. All facilities were spotlessly clean, kitchen is small but functional and he even provides vegetables and cereals for you to cook.
The room is small but very well thought. It has all what it has to have: comfortable bed, tv, a/c with heating, a fridge and a piece of furniture to stove your staff.
The place itself has a great feel to it. Surf decoration, nice open air areas, there’s even a bbq for you to use.
We ended up extending our stay and would definitely go back.

Fantastic resort. Facilities are plentiful. From the pool and spas, the rooftop balcony with private spa and outdoor kitchen/bbq, the gym, games room and the location right on the waterfront - and in the heart of town - just perfect. Staff are helpful and professional. Rooms have everything you could need.

It's a beautiful location with lots of cafes, lovely walks and stunning beaches. The water inside the bar is very safe especially for little children. If you want more excitement in the water you have the option of the ocean on the other side of the bar.

We had dinner one night at the Pelican Waters Tavern, the service was okay, meal took forever to come out. 3 of us received our meals, we had nearly finished ours before the others got theirs. The ladys that were on that night were not very happy and helpful. Not going back. Other wise we had a nice time in Pelican Waters and in the house that we stayed in was great.

Best is cleanliness and staffs were all helpful and friendly. Parking was plenty and secured. Just one thing with TV, I couldn’t link to their wifi so I couldn’t watch Netflix but overall was amazing. Definitely will choose to stay here again when I’m up for work.

Beaches are lovely and Reception gave us free paddle boards and kayaks to use. The local restaurants are lovely very quiet and relaxing place. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone that was looking to just get away.

I love that Kings Beach at Caloundra is very compact, there is a lovely promenade that you can walk along that takes you to Bulcock beach and into the main street of Caloundra if you're up for the walk. Kings Beach and local cafes and restaurants were literally on our door step. There's heaps of footpaths that you can walk, run, jog, or cycle along in both directions. It's a wonderful place to visit, and it's one of favourite places to hang out for a few days of rest and relaxation.
Cooking facilities, dishwashers washing machines, dryer everything had cleaning supplies if required and you didn’t need to worry too purchase from shop even supplied milk for tea and coffee. Only downside was the Tv local news and show free to air you had to sign in vis an app / phone or website. Pool and facilities were spot on.

Golden beach is one of the more quiet beaches at Caloundra but still has everything you need including hotels, caravan parks, cafes, shops, takeaway food. The swimming at golden beach is great for people who don’t like the open surf and prefer calmer waters. A great spot for paddle boarding!

No control of the temperature in your room.
No control of the temperature in your room. Restaurant hours not guaranteed. Room service food cold. To communicate with room service or front desk expect to have to get in the elevator and go down there. TV’s are impossible to cast to, wifi difficult to connect.
Bonus, they give you free cold water in the hallway.
