TV were smart with you tube and other streaming channels and it was useful. Staffs were (Kat and others) friendly and helpful. Complimentary 2 drinks for double occupancy welcomed.

Let's start from the cleaniness: the place wasn't...
Let's start from the cleaniness: the place wasn't very clean and each person had to clean for themselves and there was none to clean (I stayed 10 days and none cleaned the bathroom). The room was very hot due to being on the first floor with no air conditioning, just a small desk fan that wasn't enough to cool the room down, especially at night. As for common services, the kitchen didn't have a main fridge (there was only a mini fridge in the room, whose door was also broken and didn't close well), and not enough cutlery for everyone , no cups or scissors. In the kitchen also the the kitchen tap was broken and the water was running everywhere once turned on. The dishwasher was also broken and there were no tablets to put in. Also the range hood was also broken. There was only one bathroom for 7 bedrooms which is insane. There is a small toilet in the outdoor laundry, however if it rains you will get wet trying to reach the toilet. If you are having a long stay and want to do laundry, the washing machine leaks and there is only external hangers and only 7 pegs. Moreover from the train station you can only walk to the place, there is no bus that brings you closer to the property. It will take approximately 25 min walk either under the hot sun or in the rain

It wasnt to bad beside me not realizing that i had to ask for a onsuit due to there only being five but the room was good had all that was needed besides toilets and shower in room wont forget next tym beds are comfortable i didnt want to wake nor did my two year old theres bar an entertainment down stairs stuff are very nice and helpfull will be staying again also prices are great i just have to try the food next time. Bankstown is a culturally diverse place.
Bankstown is a culturally diverse place. The new area in their local shopping centre is grand and there is easy access to buses and trains. Some parts can look a little rough during the day but as the day goes on it livens up.

A real gem. Clean and comfortable. Bistro food reasonable priced. A special shout out to the two ladies (sorry, didn't get their names) for their friendly welcome and hospitality. Thank you also for the welcome drink and lollies. Will definitely be back and will recommend.

for us the location was perfect as we attended a wedding in the area. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean and free WiFi. There were great areas both inside and out for a drink snacks or meals. The food was of a very high standard. Great service and friendly staff. You could get a breakfast pack which we didn't do. But we would have liked to have had the choice of going to restaurant for breakfast rather than eating in the room. The is really the only issue we had and its very small.

Room lacked operating windows. There should be at least a drinking cup/glass, even disposable ones would be fine and a kettle as well. These are basic things. I was looking for bottle opener. Couldn't find one, then I used my teeth to open the bottle.
