Helpful and welcoming staff, everything clean and worked, large, quiet and comfortable room. I stayed several days and it was a really nice place to relax with a good view of the mountains. Insect grills on the windows- always good ! The tv in the room was a smart one with Youtube etc, which was a bonus.

WOW! Its pleas us! Kids friendly hotel - In Kapan
We get a baby high chair, lullaby kid bed and asked for baby club, staff help us with thus and give toys for playing in our room. Hotel have a baby bath!
