The hotel staff is very professional and makes you feel welcomed, special mention to Amos (reception staff) and Mahmod (concierge) for the excellent service.
The room is clean and it's less than a 5min drive from the airport. I visited Dubai several times and this time I just needed a hotel for the layover time to rest a bit.

Not my first time in Aloft. Ceetainly not the last one. My previous stays were all very pleasant, but this time even better than before.
Super comfy, super clean, thanks the cleaning team and Nazir for taking care of our room cleaning.
Same goes for all the hotel staff in the reception. They've been so very attentive and super fast in responding to our requests wherever I had to address for some improvements.
Just don't hesitate to ask if you need anything in this place.

An excellent option to relax during a transfer: a quiet, comfortable place. There is a comfortable bed, air conditioning, excellent Wi-Fi. Location and Transport
Located 3 miles (5 kilometres) east of the city centre, Dubai International Airport sees around 83 million passengers pass through its gates each year, making it the busiest airport in the world. It’s well connected by public transport. Metro trains run roughly every ten minutes to/from Terminals 1 and 3, while buses stop opposite Terminal 1, 2 and 3. Taxis carry an AED 25 standard charge from the airport, with a journey time of around 15 minutes.
Nearby Hotels and Airport Facilities
Passengers with scheduled layovers or unexpected delays can find accommodation in Dubai International Airport or in nearby districts like Garhoud and Port Saeed. Some hotels provide a pick-up shuttle service. Before takeoff, you can enjoy some retail therapy in the duty-free shopping area, explore international cuisines, or relax in tranquil spaces like massage parlours and zen gardens. Dubai isn't for everybody.
Dubai isn't for everybody. It is now a sprawling city of concrete, plate glass and traffic. It is great if you are going there for work - visiting or permanent - or if you are visiting for a specific event. If you are going for a vacation, however, there are nicer and more cost-effective places to go! And I wouldn't say it was a place for children under 16 to get much out of it.
Accommodation and transport a fairly priced; food and drink prices are outrageous.

Sharjah adjoins Dubai in the UAE but there is no interconnecting public transport so you must rely on taxis (more expensive) or Uber (better choice). People in Sharjah were quite friendly, more so than Dubai although again people were not unfriendly. While there are some interesting sites to visit, it is not as grand or varied as Dubai. That said, Dubai not that special either!
Not somewhere I'll be rushing back to, but if there had not been a conference to attend, I probably wouldn't have gone there in the first place.

Small city with all facilities available. Economical than Dubai. Ample shopping centers and restaurants to hang out! Love to go back and chill whenever want to relax! Good beaches and there is a walking bay around the beach also!

Dubai is a great place for a two-week work trip. The city is built for efficiency, so getting around is easy whether you use the Metro, taxis, or Careem. Meetings run smoothly because most offices, cafés, and co-working spaces have fast Wi-Fi and long opening hours. You can grab food from almost anywhere, at any time, with every cuisine you can think of available for delivery. Even with a busy schedule, it’s simple to fit in downtime. You can walk along the Marina in the evenings, explore neighbourhoods like Downtown or JBR, or enjoy the beaches and malls without needing much planning. The mix of safety, convenience, and constant activity makes Dubai one of the easiest cities to work from.

But if you want a quiet holiday this is the place nand if you want to visit the big shopping malls in Sharjah and Dubai the hotel offered free shuttle buses to both

It's great if you'd like to wind down for a few weeks and just enjoy life. Everything is extremely convenient, food is great and there is no compromise on the quality. Easy to get around with taxi or Yango, Careem etc.

The hotel was great, we had all we needed and staff was excellent. We enjoyed our holiday so much that we were sad to leave. The beach is amazing, and the food is very good. Ajman is a nice place, so we had long walks by the sea.
