I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Abu Dhabi Yas Island, during a transit stopover, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided. Traveling with my elderly parents, we arrived at Zayed International Airport early in the morning after a long overnight flight. Although the standard check-in time was 3:00 PM, I had requested an early check-in, understanding it might be difficult to accommodate. The staff went above and beyond my expectations. Despite the rarity of early availability, they managed to arrange a room for us almost immediately upon arrival. Their kindness and understanding of our situation, particularly considering my parents’ needs, made all the difference. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for our brief stay. The hotel's location on Yas Island added a touch of charm, with stunning views and a serene atmosphere that allowed us to relax before continuing our journey. The staff’s professionalism and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. They turned what could have been a stressful transit day into a comfortable and memorable experience. Breakfast was good , just a little suggestion, Keep more Indian Options and make them more indian way. However, Mr. Krishna made huge effort to compensate for this mistake.
