We had a wonderful stay in Eco Cabin 1. The views of the animals across the lake and behind the cabin are spectacular. The cabin itself is very comfortable, a bit cold in August but fortunately the fireplace heats it up quickly and there are extra warm blankets for the beds. The bad and hot tub were a nice extra luxury. We were with our 3 year old daughter and the cabin was also nice for her and even had some kids plates, cups and cutlery. It was a nice way for her to see the animals too.

Just out in the bush everything was clean and comfortable. The most friendly staff and a good kitchen. Great hiking possibilities as well to enjoy nature. They are building a new restaurant and will turn parts of the old restaurant/bar into rooms. Just hope they keep some parts of the current restaurant for a drink since it has the most beautiful views!

We have been on multiple safaris throughout 12 years in both Eastern and Western Cape. This one was by far the best value. We have never seen a Cheetah that close. Our ranger Tim was exceptional and the restaurant had the best food. The villa was gorgeous and clean. The swimming pools as well. We will be back!
