The staff at memory homestay were very attentive. They helped us with many things including our laundry. They went above and beyond and hand washed our rain jackets after being covered in mud from a hike the previous day. Phuong who works at the front desk is the best, she made sure our stay was comfortable and gave us additional blankets to make sure we were not cold. All staff were amazing and if we’re ever in Phong Nha in the future we will be sure to come back to memory homestay

The shacks are simple, but have everything you need for a comfortable night. Pool and hammocks are very welcome. The restaurant is a perfect spot to enjoy the view and even to be used as a very nice working space. Couldn't ask for more, it's a hidden gem.
