The place was clean and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were so spacious. We had complimentary water on check in. 24hr coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Laundry was clean and machines looked new. The breakfast had a lot of variety. It was mostly pre packaged but was very generous. Free parking in large car park. Next door to Outlets and lots of good choices. Foyer has fire place and decorated so nicely with Christmas decorations.

The cleanliness of the place, the combination of modern and classic, the breakfast, the shuttle and the staff overall was just so amazing!
