An exceptioanl hotel, very close to UTP - Pattaya airport, so a great location for a morning flight. Avoided us leaving Hua HIn at 3am in the morning for the drive upto UTP. Very friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely delicious breakfast with fresh thai food, cakes, fruits, yoghurt, flakes.

The Host have a few rules you have to go along, which all make sense to keep the stunning quality of his room. You really get a lot comfort for a moderate price: perfect bed(!!!) and Sheets, perfect Toilette, perfect bathroom e.g.)
