If I could, I would give it an 11. The whole team was lovely, and the lady who took care of everything was wonderful. The guesthouse is quiet, surrounded by trees, right on the riverside of the Green Cathedral, and only 1 USD by tuk-tuk from Kampot center. Free kayaks, bananas, and water are offered. The food is delicious, and there are books to enjoy as well. I even stayed longer than I had originally planned. When I come back—and I surely will—I’ll choose the same guesthouse again.

Eugene the owner was wonderful, he arranged a great half day tuk tuk trip to see the local area (hidden cave was terrific) and our connecting transport to Ha Tien. A genuinely lovely bloke. The room was light and spacious , good aircon and 15 min walk to the riverfront where there are lots of bars and restaurants.

The room is cleaned daily and to be honest it seems like they changed bed sheet daily too. INCREDIBLE CLEAN - great breakfast : eggs different ways or pancakes - coffee, teas or smoothie all serviced with daily fresh fruits. Once again well presented and clean - great help: assisting with bookings, scooter rental for only $7 a day directly from the Guesthouse. Laundry $1 per kilo, ready on your door the next day - great location: close to the main area but is a quite spot - amazing team looking after, run by a family. Very lovely and helpful Negative: Nothing to do with the Guesthouse itself. The bloody trumpet at 5am from the nearest military base it is incredible annoying. It goes on for 30 min. I feel bad as this can bother many guests and turn them away. But the place it is so lovely and deserves to be booked every day for the amazing effort they put. Thanks for having us 😀

The room was nice, had a very big and comfy bed. The shower was working well, everything was clean. Both hosts are very friendly and the dogs and the old cat are a great bonus! The rental scooters from the accommodation are in good condition too. I can also recommend their laundry service! All in all, a fantastic place to stay!

About 1.5 km walk into the centre of town, but easy to get remorque or tuk-tuk via Passapp app for a very reasonable price. Host has very reasonable & good motorcycle scooters for hire too.
