The room was spotlessly clean — everything was sparkling. Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The staff were consistently friendly, genuinely helpful, and very attentive throughout our stay. Everything about my stay was outstanding. The rooms are stylish, immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable. The location cannot be beat, in the heart of the city with access to everything. Don't miss their beach club for sunset and dinner. They take you over in a shuttle and the food was delicious. Cafe for breakfast downstairs is also great for a bite to eat all day and evening. Most importantly, the staff is beyond kind and helpful. They are so professional and patiently answered all of my questions and ensured I had a great great stay. I can't recommend highly enough and will certainly return.

The 4-star Hotel Europa is set on the strip that connects the Big Sea with the Small Sea in Taranto, at the junction of Via Roma and Corso Due Mari, with views of the Swing Bridge, the Aragonese... Staff asked about food allergies before arrival, which was really nice. Great location. Sadly, spent only 2 days there.

The property and the rooms are well maintained and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. One of them even guided us to the parking spot, which was close but not easily accessible due to ongoing road work. The included breakfast was delicious and varied, would choose the hotel again if visiting Otranto.
