Very peaceful Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great. Food, clothes shops, beach, plenty of restaurants to choose from. All walking distance, just a few meters away. We asked for recommendations for food and we were honestly spoiled with choice. We were really pleased with our stay. Having stayed in a few places in goa, I can honestly say, this was our best stay and wished we stayed longer before going back up towards margao Even helped out with getting us a taxi to the airport, all recently priced. We saw many beaches but would choose little Khola beach again, it is quiet, unique and the sea is very nice and calm compared to other beaches in Goa. The food is great, the rooms big and right on the beach. Little paradise if you look for a time out. Perfect.

This is the best place for the best money! Two-room apartment, perfect cleanliness! No extraneous sounds outside the window - only the sounds of nature! The hostess Linda is a wonderful woman, she helped with everything, explained everything, told everything, helped with the move. The apartment has a TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a perfect bathroom. The bed linen is clean and odorless. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea along a quiet village street. I've been to GOA several times - it's the best place! The Linda Hotel offers breakfast, which you can buy upon check-in - breakfast is delivered to the room. We really liked it there, if we have the opportunity, we will come here again. Linda, thank you very much!

Everything was fine with our stay in Palolem close to the beach and to all restaurants for a good breakfast. The owner is very kind and also included in the rate our laundry. Our room was equipped with fridge and TV. Bed was comfortable with 2 pillows each and most important was very clean!

Location was great, 10 cabins facing each other, 5 either sude. with a very well maintained garden path though the middle leading to the beach. Unlike other places to stay with the same setup there were NO people using it as a cut through which meant it was very private. The rooms were lovely and clean and the guys (Nilan & Sanjaya) simply could not do enough for you, way beyond anything we have experienced before, as example we said the ceiling fan was making a tiny clicking speed (and it was a very tiny noise) they changed it for a brand new one. Rooms cleaned as often as you required, towels changed as required. No noise at all from surrounding area, great for shops or beach both just 3 - 4 minutes away.
