Offering a terrace and views of the sea, The Olive Yard is set in Gytheio in the Peloponnese Region, 50 km from Kalamata. Monemvasía is 44 km from the property. We were very happy with the saying in this hotel. We booked a big family room for a not big money (April 2024). The place was so nice that we were going to cancel our further plans:). The room was very, very clean. Nice landscapes around. Very comfortable beds.

A favorite in Limeni. Yerma is a collection of rooms and apartments just a 5-minute walk from the heart of Limeni, a village we have cherished for years. Unfortunately, the center is often very crowded with many tourists, and even the hotels don't prioritize tranquility. Yerma is the complete opposite! It offers a stunning view of the bay and the sunset (you won’t forget them), with the comfort of a brand-new establishment. I must highlight the most incredible aspect in my opinion: the design of the building and the rooms. I'll let you see for yourself, but the rooms are of rare beauty, as are the balconies and décor. We’re sure to return next year, and perhaps even before the end of summer! Special mention to the service—everyone on-site was lovely and the team was very warm.

The other room that they gave us was very nice and comfy. The cleanliness is outstanding. We came for a relaxing short holiday and truly we didn't want to leave. The breakfast is superb. Everything was new, clean and beautiful! What really put the cherry on top was the breakfast with Katerina and Petros. This couple was so kind to us! Katerina made us the most wonderful breakfast! Our only regret is not being more fluent Greek speakers. We would have loved to get to know them better.

The location was perfect. Note we were here at the end of November so our experience may differ a bit for those coming in peak season for things like parking. We had a balcony with sea view room which was spectacular. We were easily able to find nearby parking. Not all restaurants were still open but there was enough variety to have enjoyable meals We took a day trip to Monemvasia which I highly recommend. A few other notes… -Staff is very friendly and helpful. They brought us up to the room to show us how everything works. This was helpful as I may not have found the towel warmer on switch if it hadn’t been shown. -Comfortable beds -Very good breakfast which included eggs made to order. I love starting my day with an omelette. The view is also very nice from the breakfast area. -We booked some time in the private pool. It was a nice relaxing priority

The location is simply stunning, with a breathtaking view over Limeni Bay. It’s a very special place—peaceful and full of charm—just a few minutes' walk from the beach at Limeni. Johannes was a warm and welcoming host, and the apartment was perfect in every way: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. This is one of those places that stays with you long after you leave. We’ll keep it in our hearts for a long time and hope to return one day.
