We felt at home there, and Luic had made every effort to make our room comfortable. We had a coffee machine and kettle in the room and were kindly provided with coffee and cream and a cake for breakfast. The bed was comfortable, and we had a bathroom and separate toilet to ourselves. We also had a lovely spacious balcony, which we enjoyed using in the evening. His property was around a 20-minute walk from the centre, and we could park for free on the street. Luic himself was a lovely host. He has a very friendly nature and was very likeable. We would certainly stay there again.

Our hosts were delightful and so welcoming. Our room and terrace, despite the rain was perfect and beautifully & lovingly restored as was the rest of the chateau over many years. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious and they welcomed our dog as long as she was leashed at all times naturally, as not to disturb the resident cats and pony’s.
