As it is my second time staying here over night during the transfer. The owner picked me up in the airport and dropped by next morning. The host is very kind and considerate. The room is clean and tidy, and the decoration is very tasteful. It has the warmth of home and the convenience of a hotel. I like the flowers and plants on the balcony. The room provides all the toiletries and bottled water. The location is excellent, overlooking the Sophia Church, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the flood control memorial tower by the river. The host was very enthusiastic to help us arrange transport to the airport as well 3 very big luggages. They have well deserved five stars rating from me, and I highly recommend to friends who come to Harbin for tourism or business trips.

If you need to find a place to eat, the nearest bank or places to see h he always has your back. Apartments are nice, a lot of space, huge windows, nice shower and toilet. Apartments are perfect for 1 or 2 people. The flat is located in a secured complex, there is a basketball court, a couple lakes and a swimming pool inside it, along with a huge amount of benches, small roads to walk around and several parks. There are a lot of restaurants and street-food stalls around (personally recommend BBQ place on the left from the west gate). If you are first time in China - there are a couple places outside the complex where you can buy and activate a sim-card. Complex is located 10 minutes away from two most popular tourist-oriented streets (Zhong Yang and Baroque Street), so it's easy to pick a route to take a look around. Also, Songhua river is 5 minutes away from the place.
