From the moment I arrived, the staff helped me with literally everything – always friendly, always available, and always going the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. They treat you so well here, it honestly feels like home. The location is unbeatable: Raffles City is literally just 10 meters away, so you’re right in the heart of everything. On top of that, the prices are very affordable, which makes the experience even more amazing. The staff are not only professional but also super fun and welcoming. Whether you need help, advice, or just a smile, they’re always ready for you. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of comfort, value, and location – this is it. I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The location is the best in town. In the heart of the centre. The breakfast was excellent and included both Chinese and Western food. Well-equipped gym and a large laundry space, free of charge. We paid extra for a higher floor that had their so called landmark view and the view was indeed breathtaking. On the top fooor, there's the only revolving restaurant of the city and the Herbed chicken I can highly recommend. Another thing we really like was the unique industrial styling of the room. All in all this hotel scores a perfect 10 in my opinion. Well done!

I already knew I would feel at home even before arriving there, because from the moment I booked, Lucky kept in touch to ensure that my mother and I arrived at the correct address and that we didn't have any difficulties. Unfortunately, we arrived feeling unwell, and Lucky spared no effort to help us, getting medicine, making tea, and suggesting nearby places to visit. And even after we left, she still contacted us to see if we had recovered. We felt very welcomed and well cared for. The hotel very cozy and well located. we totally recommend for everyone.
