We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and both were of the highest quality we experienced in Northern Italy. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to enjoy Italian hospitality in an area of spectacular natural beauty. Grazie mille!

A Hidden Gem on Lake Lugano. Villa Patria is a stunning boutique hotel nestled right on the shores of Lake Lugano — and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect. The decor is tasteful , the location is unbeatable, and the views are simply breathtaking. One of the highlights was being able to walk just a few steps down and dive straight into the lake. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented But what made our stay truly special was Carmen. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back!

We stayed at this location only one night. However, Kadek was very attentive and helpful sending us the video on how to reach the place and access the close-by amenities. The apartment is very well equipped (including labels on the indoor recycling bins) and very chic decorated, We appreciated very much the cookies as well and definitively considering it for a future visit if in the area.

Absolutely wonderful place! Probably the best stay of my 10-day road trip through Italy and Switzerland. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. The apartment is warm, quiet, fully equipped, and conveniently close to the center. I would happily stay here again — highly recommended!
